My Story

I’ve lived the athlete life — playing basketball at the state level and earning a Blue Belt in Judo — and now, as a qualified Sport & Exercise Psychologist, I bring that firsthand experience into every session I lead. My passion lies in supporting athletes to thrive holistically — not just in their performance, but in their well-being. I’m committed to making mental skills training accessible across the Indian sports ecosystem and promoting awareness around athlete mental health at every level.
